Edge Water Inn - Reedley

The Edge Water Inn had a lovely and inviting decor, withvery comfy and tidy rooms, made it easy for me to relax. The staff were friendly.

Improve the Wi-Fi connection for better accessibility.

We were visiting relatives and this was a great location and we were able to bring our dog. Esther, at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable.

Variety of goodies for breakfast.

The room was really comfy, and I loved the hard floors-super helpful with our dog. Huge bathroom, nice. The heater worked well and there were plenty of outlets. The only thing was the wifi was kinda spotty. But overall, a solid stay!

Family suite was very nice and roomy

One of the bedrooms was adjacent to the lobby/breakfast area, and the television and loud conversations caused us to wake up at a very early hour.

The pool was very nice, clean, and the patio furniture was nice and new.

My blanket had a large hole in it. The bathroom was run down, but clean. The maids worked next to the stairs and were throwing bedding over the second floor railings into baskets on the first floor, nearly hitting guests in the head with sheets that were walking down the stairs. They were very sweet and friendly, I just thought throwing the bedding like that was kind of strange.

clean stay but needs wi-fi improvements

The hotel featured a clean environment. The bed was comfortable. The location is a huge bonus, just a short walk to the great wake house restaurant, which I thoroughly enjoyed. And easy parking was a nice touch that simplified my arrival.

The wi-fi connection was inconsistent, making it challenging to stay connected .

One word: perfect. The staff was unbelivably kind, the room vas very clean and the whole experience was very nice, specially for the price. We needed a place where to sleep for one night, but I would recommend this hotel also for longer stays. Definitely would stay here again.

it is a little bit difficult to find, my GPS drove me a couple of blocks away, but anyways it is easy to see it.

came here for 3 days, the hotel was reliable, it had handy location just next door to reedley, ca, river and local pub and national parks. i had updated, large room complete with a large fridge, breakfast table and waffles.

The staff were responsive and helped with our concerns . Make sure to check for any bugs in your room before settling in.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Knowledgable about the area. Comfortable large room. Pleasant swiming pool. Nice river two blocks from hotel. Town has many services for its size. Good small college in town.

The price was amazingly low for the quality. They had a swimming pool that was quite useable. The room was very clean and very quiet. No issues at all with feeling safe and secure. I used it to be close to a 50th high school reunion. It was perfect for that. Of course the ironing board and iron came in handy for the reunion dinner. Quick in, quick out. Excellent condition for room, bed, bath, etc. A real deal if you are on your way to Sequoia National Park or another activity in the Reedley, California area.

No complaints. Was even near plenty of stores, coffee shops, drug stores, and a great two-year college.

The bed was super comfy.

This hotel is the only decent hotel near the Reedley area that does provide a clean room.

The hotel is showing its age, althought kept up very clean its lost its luxury

Easy check in & the price. Beds were comfortable. Area was pretty quiet. Breakfast had early hours.
